Both lovable and frustrating

The service was stellar! It’s genuinely a peaceful resort, perfect for relaxation. the animation team was particularly engaging with daily activities and cheerful presence. Special shoutout to Ahmad and Sayed for their kindness.

The beach is rocky, which made swimming a bit challenging,, and the restaurant evening entertainment might not cater to all language speakers, limiting interaction for non-Italian guests.

The hotel is nestled among lush palms and vibrant vegetation, enhancing the tropical ambiance. The proximity to a magnificent snorkeling area leaves us mesmerized. We particularly appreciated the serenity and cleanliness of the entire resort, which provided a calming retreat after our adventurous outings.

The check-in process took longer than expected, which slightly delayed our arrival.

Our room had amazing views with amenities like air conditioning, a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV, and a minibar. The spa facilities were perfect for unwinding. Loved the pools too! Everything was well maintained and clean. Plenty of delicious food options at every meal. Attentive service made it really special.

My shower had more pressure issues than a soap opera! And trust me, my room could use a little less comedy and a bit more tidying up.
